Salons are 330 to 570 square feet and include hand-painted wardrobe armoires, oversized desks with built-in vanities and tranquil sitting areas. Duxiana beds, (these $7,000 beds are like sleeping on a cloud) custom Sferra bedding and wonderful showers make these rooms the height of luxury and comfort.

DINING at The Surrey

Start your evening at the wonderful Coco Chanel inspired art deco Bar Pleiades is warm and cozy with intimate seating niches and a black and white color palette. The cocktails are fantastic and on Fridays there’s 30′s and 40′s jazz by the James Zeller Trio.

In the warmer months, there’s a beautiful Roof Garden, open only to guests and Patron Club members that serves signature cocktails and lite bites by Cafe Boulud. The Daniel Boulud inspired Cafe Boulud is next door and provides breakfast service for the hotel. The restaurant’s accolades include a star in the Michelin Guide and a 3-star review in The New York Times.
